How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


What if I want to return my item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item I want is a Pre-Order. What does this mean?

As a Pre-Order this item is unavailable at our warehouse and as such is "on hold", but will be processed when the Pre-Order period is completed. Ordering now contributes to the funding, creation, and production of this product. The funding is received before production begins (sometimes long before). Once completed we will send you a confirmation email with the time frame that we will be shipping your order, but fear not we are not forgetting about you!

My order is a Pre-Order and placed ‘on hold’. What does that mean?

All pre orders will be placed on ‘on hold’ status until the items are in-stock. There is nothing wrong with your order, it's just how we separate them from items shipping now.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed during week - please allow 24-48 hours for processing before your order is shipped, assuming the product is in stock. Deja Boo is closed over the weekend, so orders placed on Fri-Sun will start processing Monday/Tuesday. If your order is a pre-order, we will send you a confirmation email with the time frame that we will be shipping your order. And please note, with preorders and during the busy season, we ship in order received so the 24-48 hours rule may not apply. If it is a preorder, please see above for additional information.
